What Is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is known as the science of sleep. It is the practice within the Yoga tradition that emphasizes deep relaxation with complete awareness. When the mind and body consciously relax, the nervous system shifts from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest”. It is when we are in the “rest and digest” mode, that we can most deeply restore. Yoga Nidra is for anyone looking to reduce stress or anxiety, encourage physical healing, and promote a deeper and more restful sleep.

What is a Sound Bath? In a sound ‘bath’ you sit or lie on the floor and let the sound and vibrations of quartz crystal and brass bowls 'wash' away your stress. Eric's practice draws upon both the art and science of sound healing.

On their own, both practices are deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Together they create a sublime experience for your body and mind.

On the darkest day of the year, let’s call in the LIGHT! The ancient Gayatri Mantra is known as the mother of the Sun and the light that creates the Sun, it is the supreme source of light within and the world. You will be taught many practices that teach you to access this powerful, transformative energy.

Hailed as the Mother of the Vedas, the Gayatri Mantra is considered by many as the master mantra for enLIGHTenment of the mind. The Gayatri Mantra is also a powerful mantra for healing. With repeated, focused practice it causes light to concentrate in the subtle body which brings health and revitalization.

In the yogic tradition, the repetition of sound or mantra, serves as a centering device and offers a resting place for the scattered mind. It calms disturbing thoughts and allows insight to emerge. Gayatri mantra will lead you to a much deeper understanding of yourself as you encounter the hidden depths of your nature. Gayatri mantra illuminates the intellect. It can become a source of life changing transformation. Let this mantra illuminate and transform you from the inside out.

In this intensive practice, you will learn the origins of the Gayatri Mantra you will construct the Gayatri Yantra from flower petals along with several ways to connect with its power for meditation, insight, rejuvenation and healing : Intro to Mantra/ Tantric Concepts, Gayatri Origin Story (Lila), Gayatri and Saraswati, Gayatri Mantra Explanation (Tattwa)
